⚡️3 years of letting my Sparkes out!!⚡️

I set up Sparkes; I specialise in recruiting lawyers into permanent positions for private practice clients across Yorkshire ✨

I work with a variety of clients, including boutique, regional and corporate, that have worked with me for years; I’ve also developed a number of new relationships, which has been fantastic.

It’s been an interesting three years; I’ve somehow managed to keep my business afloat during a pandemic, Brexit, and a cost of living and energy crisis 🙌🏼

Let’s say I regularly go to the hairdresser to cover up my grey hairs!!

I’ve found year three much harder than year two, which I wasn’t expecting (I’m always honest), but I’ve had some epic wins and highs 👊🏼
