A leading global corporate practice is looking for an experienced Banking and Finance Solicitor, with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, to join them due to expansion.

They are an award-winning national banking practice with a sought after list of clients and transactions to their name. They regularly advise high profile clients, consisting of the UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, and are able to utilise their strong domestic and international network of specialists.

Role

The practice is looking for a 3-6 year PQE Associate to support a broad range of banking transactions across corporate / leverage, real estate finance and project finance. You will gain experience working with private equity sponsors, corporates, banks and funds.
