A well-thought-of national practice is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive NQ+ to join their award-winning team.

The Team:
The team handles a variety of commercial, contractual and property disputes for clients with the benefit of legal expense insurance. The team has panel solicitors for many major insurers and is seeking to continue its profitable growth.

The Role:
You will have the opportunity to work on high value and complex cases; taking instructions from clients and giving legal advice to achieve appropriate resolution of disputes or areas of risk for their clients.
