My client is offering genuine potential of progression to head of department leading to partnership. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.

My client is a full-service practice that has worked with local communities and national clients for a number of years. They are accessible to businesses and local communities.

Role

This is a full-time role; initially, you would be working alongside the Head of Department and would help to manage and supervise a junior fee earner.  

You would cover a wide variety of commercial property, dealing with business, charitable and commercial clients, both large and small all over the country. The caseload would include:

• Landlord and tenant
• Acquisition and disposal of investment properties
• Commercial and residential development work
• General commercial work – knowledge and understanding of this is essential

Person Specification

• A minimum of 5 years’ PQE
• Able to deal with all aspects of commercial property work
• Some experience of managing and supervising
• Good knowledge of commercial work
