A niche award-winning city-centre practice is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive due to expansion.

My client has one of the biggest teams in the country solely focused on providing specialist legal advice to dentists.

Role

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and be able to deal with all aspects of commercial property. The caseload will include:

• Leases
• Licences
• Sale contracts
• Deeds
• Statutory declarations
• Landlord and tenant documents
• Dealing with the exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
• Preparing stamp duty land tax returns
• Dealing with Land Registry applications

Full flexibility for agile working – you will be required to be in the office one day per week for office meetings etc.
