The property department specialises in advice to private individuals, companies, and trusts in specialist sector teams focusing on rural and estates, charities and social enterprises, education, faith, transport, commercial and residential sectors.

Role

The firm is looking for a 1+ PQE qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive to deal with:

• Sales and purchases
• Landlord and tenant, and agricultural tenancies
• Secured borrowing and lending
• Their specialist sectors: rural and estates, charities and social enterprises, education, faith, transport, commercial and residential
• Development sites
• Regular property work including title queries and registration work
