This is a reputable full-service practice that has been serving the local community for a number of years. They have a long-established client base with an excellent local reputation. With an impressive retention rate, most people who join here stay for a number of years.

Role

They are looking for someone with ideally 2-5 years’ PQE who can handle a wide range of commercial property matters. The caseload will include:

• Sales, purchases, leases and rentals of small and large commercial properties
• Redevelopment work involving both residential and industrial schemes
• Auction transactions
• Investment and portfolio disposals
• Refinancing

Any exposure to agricultural work would be advantageous but not essential.
