A national commercial practice is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor, 2+ years upwards, to join their Leeds team.

You will join a friendly and highly reputable team that has an excellent reputation within the industry.

The role will involve handling a broad range of contentious probate matters including:

• Administration of estate disputes
• Inheritance Act 1975 claims
• Court of protection disputes
• Disputes between executors or trustees
• Will disputes
