The Team
The established team consists of a number of experienced Partners and has been commended in the Legal 500 and Chambers.

The Role
They are looking for an NQ+ to Senior Associate level. The caseload is varied and will consist of but is not limited to the following:

– Acquisitions and disposals
– Business succession planning
– Contracting structures, compliance and company regulations
– Governance and constitutional matters
– Shareholder and partnership issues
– Company secretarial
– Directors duties
– Forms of equity and debt financing
– Joint ventures, reconstructions, demergers
