Calling all property lawyers – are you sick of billing targets, time recording and dealing with angry clients?! This may be the job for you.

I am working on behalf of a property developer looking for an experienced property lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join them.

Working directly with an experienced head of department, you will deal with a mixed, very busy caseload including:

– Dealing with the regeneration of properties
– Freehold and leasehold
– Refinance

There will be no dealings with lenders or sellers.

Hybrid working of 2-3 days in the office. Support provided.

My client will consider a qualified solicitor/licensed conveyancer or a chartered legal executive.
