A leading global corporate practice is looking for an Insolvency/Restructuring Solicitor, NQ+ to join them due to expansion.

The Team
They are on the panel of most major retail banks in the UK. Acting on behalf of lenders, insolvency practitioners, businesses and directors. Due to the size of their team, they deal with large scale and international transactions. 

The Role
They are looking for a NQ+ to Senior Associate level to support a broad caseload but not limited to:
– Restructuring
– Insolvency
– Company Voluntary Arrangements
– Receivership
– Liquidation
– Commercial recoveries
