A nationally recognised practice is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their award-winning and established team. My client will consider full or part-time applicants for this role.

You must have a minimum of 1 year PQE and ideally a background from similar commercial practice.

Role

The role will include advising clients, including high net worth individuals and families, on the legal and tax aspects of estate, succession and tax planning.

You must have experience in:

• Advising on and preparing complex wills
• Lifetime trusts and lasting powers of attorneys
• Estate administration
• Advising on lifetime IHT planning and on the taxation of trusts
• Elderly client work

STEP accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
