My client is looking to recruit an NQ-2 year Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing team. There is a significant NQ training programme and the role will be a mix of non-contentious real estate work.

Ranked as a top 10 Global Law Firm, my client is based in over 40 countries around the world. They work collaboratively with other offices in the UK and, if you secure a role here, you will have the opportunity to work with other teams in the UK and train alongside all of the NQs across the various offices.

Role

You must have strong academics and trained at a similar, or national, or a commercial focussed regional practice. The caseload will consist of:

• Landlord and tenant
• Sales and purchases
• Re-financing
• Corporate support etc
