My client is looking to recruit a proactive and skilled conveyancer to join their residential development unit in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to specialise in part-exchange transactions while mentoring a dedicated team.

The Role
→In this role, you will be at the forefront of the part-exchange process for national housebuilders.
→You’ll manage a diverse caseload, handling everything from unregistered properties to complex leasehold and freehold matters.
→A key part of your responsibility will be to lead, guide, and support a small team of 4-5 junior fee earners.

About You
→A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing, running your own caseload.
→Proven expertise in managing both freehold and leasehold transactions autonomously.
→Experience in managing and supervising junior staff.

The Team
→You will be part of one of the country’s top-ranked residential development legal teams, acting for 18 of the UK’s top 20 housebuilders.

Salary: Up to 65k
