A nationally recognised practice is looking to recruit experienced fee earners to join their growing residential property department. They would consider applications from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives.

Role

You would be dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, company buy to let, as well as employee relocations, Court of Protection matters, shared ownership and complex title transactions.

It is essential that you have the following:

• A minimun of 1-year experience working within conveyancing
• Good IT skills and able to use a case management team
• Experience of complex title transactions
