They are looking for a full time Residential Property Lawyer, NQ upwards, to join their residential team. Working directly with the Partners, you will get first-class training.

Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be NQ upwards. There is potential to gain experience in commercial property and agricultural work. The caseload will include the following:

• The full sales process from inception through to completion
• Transfers of title
• Leasehold and freehold
• Re-mortgaging
• Property investment and buying
• Auction property
