A well placed regional practice is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Team Leader to work closely with their senior management across multiple sites.

You will not carry a caseload of files as you will need to step in to help during periods of holiday or peak workloads. It is essential you have proven technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and a good working knowledge of the CQS.

You will have already led or managed a change management process and be capable of identifying and implementing best practice solutions.
